In this workshop we will review laws and rules of the Ohio Counselor, Social Worker, & Marriage and Family Therapist Board. In this workshop we will review laws and rules of the Ohio Counselor, Social Worker, & Marriage and Family Therapist Board. We will discuss how providing trauma informed treatment brings specific challenges during ethical considerations. We will utilize specific ethical decision-making models and documentation to navigate potential ethical dilemmas. Using examples and case studies, participants will discuss the ethical considerations and how to apply the ethical decision making model.
