Dinner Menu + Pairings 1st Course - Spring Kampchi Crudo | Apple. Citrus. Jalapeño. 2nd Course - Somer Seared Scallop | Arugula. Pear. Brown Butter 3rd Course - Haerfest Pork Chop | Squash. Raisin Mostarda 4th Course - Winter Coffee Cake | Cinnamon Sugar. Vanilla Whipped Cream Beer MenuSpring | Ale | 5.5% |A slightly tart blend featuring oak and ember aromas overlying crisp orchard flavours of fresh hay and apple from a year-long stay in whisky, bourbon, madiera and rum barrels. Somer | Farmhouse Ale | 8.9% | A bright, copper-hued ale with delicate notes of wildflower and grass layered over piquant flavors of pear, leather and oak gained over two years laid down in whiskey and rum barrels. Haerfest | Old Ale | 7.8% | A tawny ale aged for over a year in whiskey, bourbon and rum barrels and gently infused with molasses, raisin and maple. Winter | Stout | 9% | A deep garnet-black ale infused and aged for over a year in whiskey, bourbon and rum barrels with Ceylon cinnamon and Madagascar vanilla beans. **This event is non-refundable/non-transferable.
