Carpentry job needed to repair wood broken painting frame

Hello, I have a painting that unfortunately got flood damage, while stored in NJ. Is essentially a wood box. The front where the painting is fine, the sides are totally damage and needs to be re built. The piece measure 60" inches tall by 30'' wide, the sides near 5'". I will provide the wood.
