General Contractor looking for skilled Carpenters. Competitive pay based on experience. Applicants must meet the following qualifications: - Have OSHA 40 - Have a Valid and Clean Driver’s License - Have a Social Security (must be eligible to work in the USA) - Minimum 5 years’ experience in commercial construction. - Ability to read and understand construction drawings. - Ability to work independently or as a team. - Ability to train others and take direction from supervisor. - Speaks English - Must be able to work under pressure and perform to meet schedule. - Applicant must be organized and have their own general tools to start. Duties include but are not limited to: - Layout - Framing installation - Drywall installation - Insulation installation - FRP installation - Taping - Installation of Cabinets, molding & doors - Moving material - Erecting scaffolds and ladders - General cleanup - Material takeoffs - Purchasing of equipment and material when needed - Documentation and reporting as needed - Build or repair cabinets, doors, frameworks, floors, and other wooden fixtures used in buildings, using woodworking machines, carpenter's hand tools, and power tools.
