****ARE YOU LOOKING FOR A FRESH START?**** We are looking for a highly motivated person seeking a position at a small successful insulation company based out of Braintree. You will need to meet the following requirements: Valid MA drivers license Ability to arrive at the shop by 630 Monday through Friday Pass an initial and random drug test Pass a background check Must have clean appearance Ability to communicate with your crew and customers Must have a resume References required The ideal applicant will be motivated, self-driven, and able to perform in a high paced work environment. We offer a unique performance based compensation plan that rewards quality, efficiency, and customer service. We will provide the resources, training, and knowledge to help someone looking to get into the industry, or someone that has been stagnant in their position at their current company, to become a top of the industry performer. Starting pay based on experience. Mass Save Crew Member Certification would be ideal but not necessary. You will be guaranteed 40 hours per week with opportunity for overtime. This is a full time job with opportunity for advancement and pay raises. There is opportunity for quarterly incentives for certifications and monthly bonuses. You can earn a week's vacation and sick time after one year. Saturdays are optional and dependent on the crew you are working with.
