****ARE YOU LOOKING FOR A FRESH START?**** We are looking for a highly motivated person seeking a position at a small successful insulation company based out of Braintree. You will need to meet the following requirements: $750.00 signing bonus after 3 months of work being on time!! Valid MA drivers license Ability to arrive in Braintree by 630 Monday through Friday Pass an initial and random drug test Pass a background check Must have clean appearance Ability to communicate with your crew and customers Must have a resume References required Starting pay based on experience. Mass Save Crew Member Certification would be ideal but not necessary. You will be guaranteed 40 hours per week with opportunity for overtime. This is a full time job with opportunity for advancement and pay raises. There is opportunity for quarterly incentives for certifications and monthly bonuses. You can earn a week's vacation and sick time after one year. Saturdays are optional and dependent on the crew you are working with.
