Company's story: Husband and Wife team who both love self defense and jiu-jitsu and established Training Grounds Jiu-Jitsu & MMA back in 2008 after moving from California to start a small business. As we are looking to begin the process of expanding to multiple locations there is tremendous room for growth.
We are looking for someone who loves fitness and health and enjoys being part of a community of like minded individuals and can work evenings with a somewhat flexible starting time of 3:30 or 4pm to 8pm.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
General receptionist roles like dealing with calls, sign ups, and follow ups
Merchandise Sales
Creating engaging social media posts
General customer service
Experience in customer service preferred but not mandatory.
Seeking those with exceptional people skills in person, on the phone, and online!
Appointment setting, sales, customer service, fitness or martial arts experience a plus, but not necessary. Will train the right candidate. Discounted jiu-jitsu tuition if interested.
Compensation: $12 an hour
Hours: Tuesdays and Thursdays (3:30-8pm), Saturdays are optional if you need the hours (11am-1 or 2pm)
