In Need of New Location for our Gymnastics Academy

We are being forced to relocate our Gymnastics Academy and we need a new space to rent. We need at least 12 foot ceilings, approx. 2,000 square feet (give or take) and preferably parking and a playground in walking distance. It's a tall order, I know, but I thought it wouldn't hurt to put it out there. We can move in by the end of October. We are looking for something affordable. Please reply if you have any place for lease that may work for us, we are on a time crunch. Thanks!
