Our responsibilities are to perform preventative maintenance, partially completed inside, partially completed on rooftop fan. We take great pride in what we do and are looking for like-minded individuals who are motivated to be a part of our successful team. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: • Drive company vehicle (if lead technician on crew) MUST HAVE DRIVERS LICENSE • Operate machinery (power washer, pump sprayer, and small hand tools) • Keep customers and self, safe while working and driving Requirements • Must be able to work with minimal supervision • Available to work between 8pm and 9am Sunday nights through Friday mornings, • Able to lift 50 pounds • Able to work outside for up to 30% of work time, as well as climb ladder to rooftop • Able to use a tablet device • Able to work independently or with a team • Valid driver’s license • Ability to travel to customer sites, out of town travel with per-Diem If you have self-pride and care about the actions you take, please reply with EMAIL OR CONTACT NUMBER
