Outdoor Children's Yoga Classes for siblings and parents in Ashburn, Virginia starting this Fall, Mondays 10am-10:30am! Children’s Yoga for Families Ages 18 months-8 Years old approximately Children’s Yoga is about keeping us happy and stress free and we do this through yoga poses, movement, music, games, deep breathing and relaxation. This class supports the physical-social-emotional health of young children in a fun-loving and supportive manner that reaches each child where they are at. All children are welcome! Please bring a yoga mat or blanket and we will meet by the Picnic Table in the center of One Loudoun Central Park!
