Hi Michael Simonelli, I have been more than patient waiting for either my furniture (ordered 7/12/20) or the balance of my refund. Paid $865, refund received of $370. Balance due is $495. I have spoken to local authorities and the FBI as defrauding a senior citizen is a felony. If I do not hear from you or receive my refund by the close of business on Thursday 9/16 I will have no choice but to file criminal charges. I look forward to your response
