We invite all to come create, process, heal, and learn more about themselves and suicide prevention through our art workshop. The Semi colon edition: What does the Semicolon represent? “A semicolon is used when an author could’ve chosen to end their sentence, but chose not to. The author is you and the sentence is your life.” Our workshop: Based on the creative process and intuitive exercises, we’ll explore activities for self-expression, creating mindfulness and supporting positive wellness, in a friendly and comfortable environment. This workshop gives A chance to de-stress from the day, relax, reconnect and refocus, simply through the process of creating, and being in the moment. ​
