Who ever keeps urinating in my mail box will be prosecuted! It is a federal offense to do so. It was funny the first time but not anymore! It take hours to dry and when it does my mail smells like a parking garage elevator in downtown portland and the words are barley legible. I thought it was my neighbor at first so naturally "revenge" occurred and now I'm being sued by him & the HOA. So ya your little prank is causing lots of strive in my neighborhood. I WILL FIND YOU and I will urinate in your mailbox!!! please do not flag this Its important this message gets out!
