Immediate Opening! Four-day work week! Tainio Biologicals, Inc., a small family business (14 employees), is looking for a Production Assistant to add to our team. This individual will be responsible for assisting with the process of producing natural agricultural products. The ideal candidate will be a team player with a positive attitude, be dependable, well organized, and detail oriented. Working hours: 7:00am-5:30pm, Monday through Thursday Benefits: • Twice yearly profit-sharing bonuses • Paid time off, holiday pay • Dental and health insurance • Life insurance • Costco membership Starting pay: $15.00/hr with annual cost of living raises RESPONSIBILITIES: - Weighing, measuring, and mixing products - Maintain a clean and orderly environment by keeping shelves and workstations neat; Sweep, dust and mop - Equipment cleaning, maintenance, and documentation - Proper use of safety equipment and adherence to all safety protocols and warehouse procedures QUALIFICATIONS: - Ability to continuously stand or walk with regular need to bend, squat, or crouch and lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and perform repetitive motion with hands, fingers, and arms. - Ability to climb a 10-step rolling safety ladder - Good written and oral communication skills - Good math skills - Basic computer and internet skills - Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills - Ability to work as part of team while exhibiting the necessary leadership and initiative to successfully implement his/her primary responsibilities - Neat, organized, and detail-oriented - A desire to become knowledgeable about company products * Please submit resumes by replying to this post
