Handyman - Property manager needs someone to do some odd jobs and chores in our rentals. Check out a roof leak. Other chores include service heating and hot water units, replace toilet flange gasket, replace faucet, washers, valves, install / replace motion sensor exterior light fixture, replace a toilet seat, replace an overhead fan switch, install a new light in a closet. Adjust interior doors, install weather stripping replace window ropes, Must be able to work without direct supervision. Please have local references available.
