General skills needed to get this job are flooring, light plumbing, light electrical, lawn maintenance.
Must live near Ames/Liberty and must have truck, mini-van or SUV.
Clean working conditions, English necessary, No stress.
References, drug and criminal background check. Prior maintenance work required.
