My laptop is acting glitchy and I would like to get some tech advice. A guy named Ivan who used to work at a Best Buy has helped me in the past, but I tried texting him and I think his number has changed (it’s been awhile since I last exchanged texts with him). If he happens to see this, please send a response, or if anyone else might be able to help that would be great.
