A small rental management company with 14 rental units in Kalamazoo is looking for a dependable and flexible worker to do general maintenance work anywhere from twenty to forty hours a week based on repairs/improvements needed. Ideal candidate will have their own tools and have the skills to do basic plumbing, electric, carpentery, painting work as well as don't mind doing cleaning and yard work. It is essential that the candidate has their own phone and transportation as well as will return calls promptly.
