Teen Experience: Rangoli and Kolam Art Teens in grades 6th-10th are invited to come make Rangoli and Kolam inspired art. Rangoli and Kolam art are forms of traditional decorative art form common in South India and certain Asian countries. Both are often drawn by using rice flour, white stone powder, chalk or chalk powder. Registration Requested. Space Very Limited. Effective Monday, August 2, 2021, all Wake County Facilities including Public Libraries, will require visitors and staff ages 5 and up to wear a mask and complete a brief health screening questionnaire upon entering buildings.
