We will explore the role perception has in receiving and accepting feedback and associated ethical issues.
The presentation will focus on the connectedness between a supervisor’s perceptions about their supervisee and also the supervisee’s perceptions about their supervisor and the supervisory process.
Participants will:
Understand the role of perception within the supervisory relationship.Learn ways to promote supervisee openness to feedback to foster growth and development. Gain resources necessary to solve ethical dilemmas related to perception and feedback in supervision.
