Help needed with Lucy!

Please help me rehome this cat! She was given the name Lucy and is of unknown age, but is at least 4-5 years old and is not a lap cat. I took her in for a friend after she was found loose in her neighborhood in Mandeville and she is constantly trying to get outdoors. However, I keep her inside full time and she is 100% litter box trained. She does not like being held, picked up, or pet for any amount of time that she does not agree with, which is usually around 30 seconds before she tries to bite. You can sit next to her though. She also cannot stand being inside of a pet carrier. She gets along well with dogs but not my children. She also will not eat human food at all (a good thing) and exclusively eats Friskies or 9 Lives dry cat food. I have gotten her a very large cat tower, a smaller scratching post, an enclosed ball track toy, 2 litter boxes, 2 food bowls, a cat water fountain and various other toys, but she still prefers a plain old ponytail hair tie anyway.
