Monday, September 20 11:00 – 11:30 AM: Essential Reformer This complimentary class will instill the knowledge and purpose of Pilates as you practice and perfect the introductory exercises and beneficial Pilates Principles. 7:00-8:00 PM: Zumba Dance Party Zumba takes the “work” out of workout, by mixing low and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie burning dance fitness party. 8:00-9:00 PM: Massage Stretch Event Learn feel good stretches that will leave you relaxed and ready for a good night’s sleep. Tuesday, September 21st 9:00-10:00 AM: Coffee with Friends Join us for complimentary coffee and pastries! 10:30-12:30 PM: Private Swim Lessons This complimentary 15 minute swim lesson is for swimmers 6 months to 6 years. Instruction will be provided at their skill level from beginner to advanced. 12:00-12:30 PM: Restorative Core This complimentary class is designed to improve balance and flexibility, while tapping into your deepest core muscles. Restorative Pilates is an excellent opportunity to disconnect from the frantic activity of daily life and reset your body and mind. 8:00-9:00 PM: Facial Event After your workout, join us in the ladies locker room for our popup facial bar. Our Esti Experts will help you enjoy our self-serve facial bar. We promise to send you home feeling relaxed and rested to ensure a good night’s sleep. Wednesday, September 22nd 11:00-1:00 PM: Private Swim Lessons This complimentary 15 minute swim lesson is for swimmers 6 months to 6 years. Instruction will be provided at their skill level from beginner to advanced. 12:00-1:00 PM: Bodypump & Smoothies This Barbell Class exhausts muscles using light weights and high repetitions to sculpt, tone, and strengthen the entire body. 5:30-8:30 PM: Concert Under The Oaks Grab your blankets and lawn chairs and join us for live music by Matt Koerner on Wednesday, Sept. 22nd at our Oak Tree Courtyard. Food will be available by TK Burger and drinks available for purchase at our Cafe bar! Thursday, September 23rd 12:00-12:30 PM: Pilates Power Half Hour Short on time? This complimentary class is an interval class that combines the cardio trampoline with arms, abs, and booty toning exercises on various Pilates equipment within a half hour! 8:00-9:00 PM: Hair Mask Event After your workout, join us in the Ambiance Salon for our popup Hair Mask Event. Our stylist team will introduce you to an amazing shampoo and conditioning hair service. Friday, September 24th 9:00 -12:00 PM: Pilates & Prosecco Come meet the Pilates Team and enjoy refreshments at our complimentary Bubbly Bar! 10:00-10:30 AM: SGT TRX & Weights Incorporates the TRX suspension systems and free weights for a great strength workout. 4:00-4:30 PM: Xpress Stretch Have assisted stretching performed on muscles that are tight. 5:00-9:30 PM: TGIF Ice Cream Social Ice cream, you scream, we scream for ice cream! Themed activities: make your own ice cream, crafts, movie, pizza for dinner and ice cream for dessert! $40 for first child, $20 additional children in Family (Available to members and guests). Saturday, September 25th 10:00-11:00 AM: TCC Treasure Hunt Explore the Treasures of TCC! Find all of the treasures on the map. Locations throughout the Club: Center Court, Olympic Pool, Basketball Court, Pickleball Court, Racquetball Courts, Childcare Areas, etc… 12:00-1:00 PM: TCC’s Boat Race Regatta Families and teams will build their boats, design their flag, and race the boats across the Olympic Pool. 1:00-2:00 PM: Cardio Tennis Cardio tennis for all levels. This group fitness program features heart-pumping tennis drills, games, and skills that deliver a full-body, calorie-burning, aerobic and anaerobic workout. Sunday, September 26th 10:00-11:00 AM: InBody Knowledge is power! Measure your lean muscle mass to fat ratio with our InBody program. 2:00-3:00 PM: Speed & Agility Clinic This clinic is designed to aid youth athletes in developing speed, agility, and footwork through the use of various equipment and drills. Students will be taught proper running techniques and change of direction that will strengthen their legs and core. This high-intensity session is not only a great workout, but valuable for any young athlete who is looking to up their game on the field of play! 3:00-5:00 PM: Family Pickleball Game Bring the family out for a fun game of pickleball!
