LGBTQ+ folks Join Noemie Luce, LMT for this Yoga Nidra and Reiki Circle held every fourth Saturday at Urban Wellness at 9:00 a.m. Rest and relax into a peaceful Yoga Nidra ("Yoga Nap") while your host Noemie provides you with a Reiki Tune-up. You'll leave this one-hour class feeling rested, rejuvenated, and loved. Bring your own mat or blanket, and a mug or vessel for drinking herbal tea. After class, stay and chat with the group over herbal tea and fresh fruit. My intention for this class is to create a safe space for fellowship, community, and healing for all LGBTQIA+ neighbors of Urban Wellness and beyond into the greater Phoenix community. Allies are welcome. A love donation of $10-25 is requested, with 50% of the proceeds going to help NourishPHX feed LGBTQ+ families and individuals. (Find them on Instagram @NourishPHX.) Noemie (she/her) provides Individual Embodiment Coaching, and Somatic Integrative Bodywork as well as energy healing such as Reiki, Intuitive, and TCM-based practice to high functioning individuals in a trauma-informed practice. She specialize in women’s care and Transgender* health, as well as welcoming Fat bodies of all sizes. Noemie is certified and trained in the following modalities: Shiatsu/TCM, Reiki Level II, Yoga Teacher Training, Licensed Professional Massage Therapy (LMT), and Traditional Spiritual healing, as well as being trained in Somatic Experiencing as a Level 1.2. She teaches a variety of classes and workshops, including Small Group Reiki Sessions, Yoga Nidra, and Group Coaching.
