Giants ticket scam — seeking a good samaritan

I just got scammed. I paid for a pair of tickets to the Tuesday, 9/14 game via PayPal — I used friends and family at the seller’s request. I know, serves me right for trying to save them a few bucks. Great seats, great price. I should have known better, but it seemed plausible that a season ticket holder might be unloading a mid-week game cheap. I’ve been unemployed since January and I wanted to take my daughter to our first game this season. I’d still like to take her, but I made the mistake of telling her these were really good seats. If anyone feels like doing a really good deed, I’d be grateful. This is a low blow at a low time for me. We planned on being there when the gates open (she wants to soak up every minute) but if you’d like to wait until late afternoon to forward them just so you know I won’t be flipping them, that’s fine. Maybe just send them by 4:00 so I know we won’t be going there empty handed? I posted about this scam on the tickets page, but someone, likely the scammer, is flagging it.
