Apply in person: 350 South 75th Avenue Phoenix, AZ 85043 Job Type: Full-time Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour to start, based on experience This is a full-time field position on various work sites throughout the valley. Job will include demolition site work on commercial demolition projects and scrap separation. Duties: -Responsible for dismantling concrete, drywall, sawing and breaking of building materials. -Debris separation and removal. -Safely operate hand and power tools. -Lifts, carries and holds building materials, tools and supplies. -Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds without strain, ability to bend, stoop, crouch and reach. -Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) during the demolition and cleanup process. -Interact closely with peers and job Foreman to effectively and safely complete all demolition tasks. -Maintain a safe working environment and compliance with OSHA and EPA guidelines in addition to other federal, state and local regulations. -Clean tools, equipment and work area. -Complete specific projects, assignments and other tasks as assigned. -Must be available all hours and all shifts. -Must have reliable transportation. -Out of town travel may be required. -Subject to Random Drug Testing -Must be eligible to work in the US and able to provide documentation Job Type: Full-time Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
