Slow Flow Yoga This pace is meditative, emphasizing peace and calm in body and mind. We hold poses longer and may take several rounds of breath in each pose. This is an opportunity to choose to direct your attention to breath or form; or build upon your existing practice at an unhurried pace! We may explore adaptive poses and techniques. All bodies and levels are welcome! ***outdoor pavilion in community garden setting***
