Robbinswood Assisted Living Communities, Northcrest Campus in North Muskegon is hiring. - 2nd Shift Caregiver (Part & Full Time) - 3rd Shift Caregiver (Part & Full Time) We are always accepting applicants for on-call/ PRN positions for all shifts. (Also hiring for Cook & Dietary Aide - no experience required) Our ideal candidate is a kind and caring individual with experience in delivering person-centered care and assisting persons with activities of daily living including transferring out of bed, bathing, dressing, using the toilet, standing, walking, and exercising. Medication Administration duties are assigned to those with demonstrated experience or with additional hands-on training after the training period. In addition to Shift Differential Wage Premiums for 2nd & 3rd shift we also offer Optional medical, dental, vision, 401k with match, monthly perfect attendance bonus, monthly incentive bonus for working extra shifts, employee referral bonuses, paid time off, paid orientation & training as well as the opportunity for further training and advancement. O.T. is typically available but not mandatory. Maximum of one 4 hour mandation per week (scheduled in advance). Wage premiums also apply to those certified as C.N.A., M.A. or E.M.T. however certification is not required. Pay is ultimately based on attitude, effort, shift (differential) and experience.
