Join IDLCPA for a Spooktacular Halloween celebration! Come dressed in your scariest or most fabulous costume for a frighteningly good time! Are you a Boo-er or a Bling-er? Does Halloween mean the scariest costume you can put together, or is a chance to try on a new fabulous personality? Either way, join us at the Riverfront Pavilion for Food, Drink, Costume Contest for Individuals and Groups, and a DJ! Masks will be mandatory except when eating or drinking.
