Job Position: Trimmer **SEASONAL 3months - possible extension October 15, 2021 - January 15, 20,201 Reports to: Directly to the Trimming department supervisor Job Overview: This position serves as a support in the trimming department by, including but not limited to: Trimming, & Bucking by hand or machine. Schedule: Work is performed Monday through Friday, and occasional Saturdays are required. 4:30 pm 12:30 am with a half (.5) hour unpaid meal period and two (2) ten (10) minute paid rest breaks. Wages: This position is hourly at a rate of $15.36 starting base pay plus commission..04 cents a gram commission when trimming at least 1.5 pounds in a shift..07cents a gram commission when trimming 2 pounds or more Responsibilities & Duties Include but are not limited to: • Trim at least 1 pound a day • Buck • Weighing • Assist in BCC compliance programs, • Assist in other departments when needed Physical Requirements include but are not limited to: • Stationary Position (6-8 hours) • Daily-Move, Traverse throughout facility including ascending and descending to the second floor • Position self to perform tasks • Ascend/ Descend, • Move, Transport, Position, Put, Install, Remove up to 50lbs • Repetitive positioning, i.e.: continuous use of shears, reaching to pack • Exposed, work around Cannabis products, Cannabis Byproducts, and Cannabis Allergens
