Water damaged basement and upstairs carpet needs clean out and Sheetrock and Ceiling tile demo. Must have some experience. Maybe have to demo basement bathroom too. Some couches, chairs, furniture beyond saving. Need at least two guys to fill dumpster. Will have to carry out bags or trash cans through back door and up a little hill to dumpster. Need some tear out tools, crow bars, etc. Looks like 2 or 3 days work ( plus other jobs there so could be more days cleaning etc.) Must have car to get there and ability to lift and carry junk, and tear out damaged sheetrock and demo stuff. We will supply bags, carry cans and good masks and some tools. Can start on Friday, September 17th, or Saturday.
