Coach Brian will utilize the bar as the primary focus for class, introducing Kipping, Toes to Bar and Pull ups. You can expect a discussion on WHY we kip and WHEN it is appropriate to safely and effectively do so. We will also address common faults for those athletes who struggle to string together fluid repetitions AND provide guidance on how you can spend a few extra minutes every day working towards the strength and skill to perform these movements if they are currently out of reach.
