STRATFORD — A Stratford resident is $20,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in town earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery. On September 10, Joan Cummings, of Stratford purchased a 20X Cash 6th Edition ticket from 1240 Stratford Ave in Stratford and won $20,000.
