Hello, we are a group of creative women starting an art collective and have two studio spaces available in our coworking studio. We are seeking a creative professional, an artist of any kind to share our studio located in central/south Berkeley in a sweet residential area off university ave and Sacramento. This studio is quite charming with brick walls, skylights, and arched windows. When you first walk in there’s enough space to put a large community table (lunch breaks, future workshops), there’s also a sink. Partitions are placed between each space so you’ll get a sense of privacy within your area. We have an outdoor rooftop patio that’s wonderful for working outside or taking a breather. We are right next to a lovely park with grass fields, an amazing cafe below us, and plenty of street parking. There is a warm and welcoming community feeling in our building and the park outside. We can’t wait to have our own creative coworking space. The studio will be shared between 4-8 creatives, we are painters, coaches, and teachers looking for like minded professionals to join our new space. If you’re in need of an office workspace to work on your computer that’s fine too! One shared shared space $350 Single spaces $550-700 This includes any utilities Spaces come empty and ready for you to fill with your own creative spark! Please share as much info about yourself and how you hope to use the space. We are asking for first months, last months, and a refundable deposit (same amount of rent) for move-in fees.
