Geo-Technology Associates, Inc. (GTA) is seeking a full-time Billing Specialist for our corporate office in Abingdon, MD. The primary focus of this position is professional services billing. The position involves daily interaction with Senior Accountant, Project Managers and other accounting staff. Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to: Working within a defined billing timelineProduce, review and finalize billing and invoicesBilling at a high volume for several locationsMaintaining positive relationships with staff and clients Ideal candidates will have a MINIMUM of 3-5 years’ billing experience in Professional Services industry for a large, multi-faceted company (engineering, law or accounting firm). Experience with BST Global, Vision Deltek, Timberline or Axium a plus. Other Requirements include, but are not limited to: Problem Solving CapabilityProficiency in Excel and Windows; Computer SavvyDemonstrated ability to work as part of a teamAbility to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skills Hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. APPLY HERE: https://geo-technology-associa...
