GLEN BURNIE, MD — After receiving a tip regarding possible drug activity in Glen Burnie, Anne Arundel County police officers executed a search warrant Sept. 9 at a home in the 7800 block of Americana Circle. According to the police department, the following items were seized as a result of the search: 42 bags containing 14.21 grams of suspected crack cocaine1 bag containing 2.47 grams of suspected heroin/fentanyl mixdigital scale/bags/empty gel capsulesseveral rounds of 9mm and .40 caliber ammunition2 cell phones$1,500 in U.S. currency Anne Arundel County officers arrested 40-year-old Paul Avery Sherrill, who now faces charges.
