Pay rate: (Day) $17.25 per hour / (Night) $17.75 per hour Must be willing to work over time and possible weekends. Weekly Pay Schedule: First Shift Monday - Friday 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM Second Shift Monday- Friday 4:00 PM to 12:30 AM **BONUS PAY** Associates working all of their scheduled shifts will be eligible to receive an attendance bonus of $3.00 additional per hour for all hours worked. As an example, a temp associate working 45 hours within a work week, without any attendance issue, would be eligible for a $135 attendance bonus. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Manually or using hand truck performs various material handling duties in the facility. • Manually loads finished product on pallet or hand truck. • Stacks skids or pallets in designated areas. • Provides cleaning services, as necessary, including sweeping floors, cleaning offices and removal of trash in proper containers or designated areas. • Performs other related tasks to keep the work area safe, clean and organized. QUALIFICATIONS: • Previous Material Handling experience. • Ability to communicate in English. • Ability to use basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplying, dividing, and counting. • Ability to read and understand all safety operating procedures and to use all equipment in a safely manner. PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Requires ability to walk, stand, carry materials, stoop, kneel, bend at waist. Ability to lift 10-35 lbs. constantly.
