This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a stable job with career potential. Starting Pay: $17-19/hr. Shift: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM, Monday-Friday Why NLS/Monarch Is The Right Opportunity For You: • Year-Round Employment • Signing, Retention, and Referral Bonuses • Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance + 401(k) • Advancement Opportunities • Paid Holidays • On-line Education/Professional Certifications at Employer Cost What You Will Be Doing as a Landscape Maintenance (Major Project) Crew Member: • Perform general landscape maintenance tasks at a major customer, including but not limited to: lawncare, bed care (raking, weeding, etc), pruning/plant care • Operate basic landscape maintenance tools and equipment, such as lawn mower, backpack blowers, hand pruners, etc. (training provided) • Promote and maintain safe working conditions • Lift up to 25 lbs on a regular basis, with occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs • This job involves significant movement on your feet throughout the workday Qualifications: • Experience/Familiarity with Landscape Maintenance preferred (not required, we will train) • WA State Driver’s License Preferred (not required) • Ability to Communicate in Both English and Spanish Preferred (not required) • Commitment to 100% on-time attendance and reliable transportation • Attention to detail • Willingness to work outdoors regardless of weather conditions • Willingness to work as a team with a diverse set of co-workers COME JOIN OUR FAMILY APPLY TODAY
