As a large provider of Janitorial and Engineering Facility services, we are looking for an experienced Utility Maintenance Worker for our South Area Operations. This is a six (6) Hour per Day Position, with possibility of Full Time in future. $20 to $22 per hour, DOE. Responsibilities • Able to drive company vehicle (van) to multiple sites to perform light utility / dayporter work • Able to communicate well (via telephone and text/email) • Complete assigned schedule daily • Ability to respond to specific tasks as they come in daily • Daily interactions with customer; providing excellent customer service and follow up • Must have a clean DMV record Skills • Dayporter / cleaning • Light Utility Work (tighten and light repairs) • Replace Lights • Pressure Wash • Light Tool Use • Leave Blower Use • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, use of a ladder as needed Company provided vehicle and gas Paid Time Off
