Need help socializing my sensitive puppy

I have Mini/ Toy Australian Shepard 7 months. She is very scared of any dog that isn't our shih tzu or the neighbors dog. The dog park kind of worked at first, but then one too many dogs got too close in her bubble and she won't get far past the gate any more. She loves to be off her leash but I can't take her off if she won't go in the fenced in dog park. Is there someone who what's to help me socialize her in a familiar place, my big yard, or if you have a big yard or something like, help me get her used to other dogs qnd show her it's not so scary? She's a completely different dog outside of home and I hate that she only stays home and gets antsy because she can't stretch her legs properly.
