Do you Love Caribbean, or African Gospel?

I am a Worship Musician/Leader who plays either acoustic guitar, or the bass, and sings leads and harmonies. I am tired of playing just CCM, or K-Love style church music. I prefer more of a multicultural sound and groove, especially like you hear with Afro/Caribbean style Gospel. Think praise and worship led by Bob Marley, or the Soweto Gospel Choir from South Africa. With some elements of U2, Sting, Peter Gabriel, Sly Stone, etc...Even Christafari, but without pretending to be Jamaican! What I would like to do is take those popular CCM contemporary songs, and play them with more flair in reggae or soca grooves, that makes it impossible not to move and clap when you hear it. Is there any other musos out there who might be into this?
