We are urgently hiring for a maintenance technician for our park in Atwater, CA. We are looking for someone with experience for this full time position. Responsibilities for Maintenance Technician Grounds maintenance, including beautification of the grounds and landscaping Maintenance needs for the park-owned rental homes Perform or supervise the maintenance work required to turnover rental homes Collect bids for any outside vendor jobs Direct the maintenance work of any outside vendors Conduct lot inspections and deliver notices Maintain required safety logs Must be able to manage projects Be "on call" for emergencies and ensure property coverage Skills for Maintenance Technician Grounds maintenance, park curb appeal Detail oriented Record keeping of tools and inventory Basic knowledge of building, electrical and equipment repairs and maintenance Please reply to this post with your resume.
