FREEHOLD, NJ — The second annual Color Butterfly Run/ Walk is happening in Freehold on Oct. 2, at Lake Topanemus Park. Gates will open at 10 a.m. and the color burst dance party starts once participants cross the finish line. The event is being organized by the Stephanie Nicole Parze Foundation, which provides education, intervention and support to families and individuals dealing with domestic violence, sexual abuse and missing loved ones. The event is suited for runners, walkers, kids and families and participants can register individually or as a team. There will be a best outfit contest, a dunk tank, prizes, food and drinks.
