I have 2 duplexes to paint in Carolina Beach (inside and out). Need general help on some yard work/pressure washing as well prior to painting so the site is clean and accessible for ladders, equipment, etc.
Could use 2 people preferably...if a 2 man team that is ideal.
Will pay $15/hr in CASH daily as a trial period. I have several other rentals to paint after this one as well (if it works out I have unlimited future work). Open to revising some of this if insured as well.
Please let me know your painting/general experience in your response back. And what tools you have to contribute (I have plenty, but is preferable if you have tools). And please let me know your method of reliable transportation.
Would like to start this coming Wednesday at 830 am if possible.
