Essential Skills, Knowledge and Abilities: • Basic construction trade skills • Basic knowledge of construction tools • Required to adhere to all safety rules and regulations • Physical exertion required. Including, but not limited to, walking, standing, stooping, bending and lifting up to 90 pounds • Flexible schedule: 5-6 days a week and 10 hour shifts • 25 years of age and Driver Licenses preferred
