HealthPlus, LLC is seeking a full-time Lead Maintenance Specialist with a minimum 2 years’ manufacturing experience, ideally in the manufacturing industry. The position is an opportunity to build a newly formed company invested by one of the nation’s leading healthcare providers and a world-class manufacturer of healthcare products. The company is focused on the manufacture of personal protective equipment (PPE) with the mission to ensure a stable supply of product to healthcare workers, patients and communities throughout the United States. The individual will be headquartered in Asheville, North Carolina. Requirements: 1. Proven a variety maintenance experience in manufacturing company. 2. High school diploma or general education degree (GED) 3. Related degree from a technical college (a plus) 4. Skilled in the use of hand and power tools 5. Ability to take apart machines, equipment, or device to remove and replace defective parts. Responsibilities: 1. Able to perform bi-weekly, monthly, semi-annual & annual PMS on production and packaging equipment. 2. Conducting emergency maintenance such as needed repairs to support production and packaging lines. 3. Maintain inventory of spare parts at determined levels in coordination with PM list and historical emergency repairs. 4. Prepare requisition for needed parts/tooling/supplies. 5. Able to create and prepare PM and repair kit assemblies (as needed) 6. Perform and/or arrange routine safety inspections on safety equipment including fire extinguishers, emergency lights, emergency doors, fire alarm, sprinkler. 7. Work with contracted vendors to maintain critical equipment PM, inspections, and calibrations (HVAC, Compressor, forklift). 8. Oversees minor building maintenance of office space and common areas. 9. Diagnose mechanical issues and correcting them (as needed). 10. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. 11. Must be self-motivated, able to work in a fast-paced, multitasking, and growing environment and able to achieve deadlines while working with changing priorities. Benefits: 1.
