Young, loud 4-piece modern rock & roll band with a love of 70s and 80s rock seeking confident and charismatic lead singer with passion for lyric writing to complete lineup and finish original songs so we can begin booking first shows (if that actually remains a possibility); guitar/keyboard playing and knowledge of sound engineering or business is a plus, but not required. Demo available upon request. More info about us: -Standard rock set up (2 guitars, bass, drums). -Been playing together since the beginning of 2021. -12-13 original, mostly riff-based songs worth of music and some lyrical material completed, with more in the pipe. Originals encompass a variety of rock styles and no two sound quite alike. -About 6 covers under our belt so far. Pushing originals is our MO, but not ruling out private gigs down the line if it makes sense for us. -Collective influences include Led Zeppelin, Jimi Hendrix, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Dirty Honey, Greta Van Fleet, Guns ‘N Roses, The Rolling Stones, Thin Lizzy, and Rush. Individual influences are fairly divergent, so your unique perspective and interests are welcomed. -Ages are mostly in the 20-21 range (I’m the outlier at almost 26). We do prefer someone in the 21-32 age range. -Rehearsals take place at the band house in SE Charlotte. -We have our own mics and PA for auditions and rehearsals. What we prefer in a fifth member: -Team-first attitude, open-mindedness, and even temperament. -Passion for lyric-writing and willingness to contribute to our creative process. -Strong sense of showmanship and a unique sense of style. -Desire to ultimately build a career out of making music. -Love of loud rock & roll and hard hitting drummers! -Vaccinated.
