CleanBeyond Denver is searching for a Part-Time Evening Supervisor to service accounts in the Denver Metro and surrounding areas. Salaried position: $32,000 - $37,000 per year, company van, fuel card, professional development assistance, paid time off, and flexible schedule. Schedule: Approximately 5 nights, 30-35 hours per week Job Description: This is a part-time salaried position dependent on your experience. Be a part of a growing, locally owned commercial cleaning company that will set you up for success We're looking for a go-getter that can operate with autonomy. We will work together to set your nightly and weekly schedule to visit your established accounts. This role will require driving to different facilities in the Denver metropolitan areas to work with and manage your teams. Duties: Perform all duties related to general cleaning and janitorial work. Ability to lift equipment, climb ladders, dust high areas, bend, and carry product and equipment. • Work with your teams to ensure the facilities look great • Management of quality control systems • Conducting job orientation and training for new hires • Driving to facilities to meet with the team and perform inspections • Communicate daily with management and an in-person weekly meeting • High energy person that is detailed and can plan effectively • Ensuring all supplies and equipment are well organized Qualifications (must haves): • Drive our company van and park at your residence, we will provide a gas card. * Must be able to take company van home and recharge equipment and or plugin heater when needed. • Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record. • Cleaning and janitorial experience • Willing to do and pass a background check • Able to communicate in English. • One year of Supervisor or Lead experience. • Education - High school or equivalent (Preferred) • High energy person that is detailed and can plan effectively • Proficient with email and Excel
