Loveland Guitar & Song Circle Presents... The Sharon Sheets Music Festival September 25, 2021 11am until 7pm. At the HAMMOND AMPHITHEATER In Loveland's North Lake Park Four Bands and eight other performers Motif (a jazz quintet) 11:45a to 1:00p JD & The Moonrakers 1:45p to 3:00p DK Blues Band 3:45p to 5:00p High Altitude 5:45p to 7:00p Sharon believed in giving back to her community.  She promoted and led the annual Christmas sing-a-long at the Rialto Theater in Loveland for nearly 20 years. She was on the board of Foothills Gateway and also would put on shows to raise money for “Honor Flight”, an organization that takes WW II veterans to see the memorial in Washington, DC. The music, including genres of jazz, country, pop, blues and folk will be performed by members of the Loveland Guitar & Song Circle. We recently started our post COVID reemergence at First United Presbyterian Church at the corner Jefferson & 4th Streets. Pastor Amy Morgan said that the church was most interested in bringing the community into the the church and gave us our new home. We provided the music for Art in the Park for the past two years and wanted to perform in other locations and felt strongly about combining our musical abilities into a memorial festival for our long time member, Sharon Sheets.
