Babysitter needed full-time

We are looking for fulltime childcare for our girls, now 7 months and 3.5 years old (our oldest goes to preschool 3 days a week) in our home starting ASAP. We are looking for childcare four days a week, Monday through Thursday. Hours would be something like 7/8 a.m. to 4 p.m. - we are open, if you need more flex. And Fridays are all yours, unless you're looking for more hours - we'd love a date night once in a while! The ideal person will help the girls stick to their daily schedule, prepare their meals, take them to the parks, & read to them daily. It's important we hire a caregiver who has their own car, although on-the-job driving is very limited (we live within walking distance to school and most outings). Pay is $15-18 dollars per hour based on experience and length of availability - we need at least 3 months, although more would be great. Please email me and share your previous childcare experience.
