Hi, We own and operate an apartment complex in Lawrenceburg, TN. Role 1: Handyman/Janitor help needed: - General upkeep - Maintenance: painting, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, turnovers, etc Role 2: Painter - We have a big paint job that needs help. Role3: Onsite Manager - We need eyes and ears on the grounds, someone who can help the owners keep the place in order and make sure rules are followed. Ideally, we'd like to find someone who can live there to handle maintenance requests, screen new tenants, be a tenant liaison, coordinate and meet vendors, collect rent, etc. Who are we looking for? We want one person for Role 3, and we are happy to work with multiple people for the other roles. However, it could also be one person who is doing all the roles.
